There is a NEW and exciting addition to our popular Aerial Yoga. Acro Yoga will now be included in this program to help build strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. This practice will also include breath work and meditation to help relieve any tension. A fun night of learning awesome skills with new friends. We will show parents/guardians all that we have learned on the final night of class! No experience necessary.
