Aerial Yoga Inversion Workshop
Oct. 19th 10:15am 60 Minute Workshop
This beginner Friendly workshop introduces you to the fun therapeutic affects of being suspended upside down with the gentle support of the hammock. Safely explore simple inversions and playful handstand foundations through the accessibility of your silk support. Build strength and confidence step by step while discovering the joy of being weightless. This workshop will conclude with a relaxing restorative experience.
Better Bones- Beyond The Chair Yoga
4 Week Series Tuesdays @11AM Sept. 16th- Oct. 7th
This series will explore how to improve balance and strengthen your bones. This is for beginners and/ or those wishing to deepen their connection to their breath and body. This class will take a strength based approach to create a safe and supportive experience. All Levels Welcome!
