Candlelit Restorative Aerial Yoga

Sink deep into relaxation with this 60 minute supported release, suspended using silk hammocks and restorative props for the ultimate let go. This experience will include breath work, meditative sound and stillness to ground your energy. Everyone welcome, No experience necessary!

Beyond the Chair Yoga- Better Balance & Bones
Tuesday’s 11am

This 60 minute class will explore how to improve balance and strengthen your bones. This is for beginners and/or those wishing to deepen connection to their breath and body. Have some fun and continue the learning with our “NEW” beyond-the-chair yoga. This class will take a strength based approach to create safe and supportive experience.
