Kids/Teens Athletic Conditioning

Kids/Teens Athletic Conditioning – Ages 8 & Up
Mondays: 4:30 – 5:15pm
Beginning: Sept. 19, 2022

Kids / Teens 8 years and older can join this once a week practice to improve strength, balance, speed , mobility and flexibility! This Training session will help improve your Child’s athletic edge in all sports and will be specific to your child’s sport of interest. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Please bring water and a towel to practice, all other equipment will be provided .

HOW TO BOOK: This training is currently offered as a pre sign up, Please go to our “classes” and book for the weeks you wish your child to attend. Please bring cash $10 to practice , or pay upfront for the month at the studio.
