Thera Flow Yoga ~ This class is designed to realign and tune up your entire body. Signature yoga flows will begin our practice followed with fun props to assist, as we roll and release areas of the body that may be holding on tightness or tension. The foam roller, therapy balls and the "NEW" beam spine strip will all be part of this unique uplifting class. All levels welcome

Pilates Toned 360 ~ This Signature Class will sculpt your entire body up, down and all the way around. We focus on balancing all of your muscle groups so you will be functionally fit and injury free. You will love the results from this body tone class.

Yin Yoga ~ Yin yoga is a quiet inward yoga practice that allows you to bring breath and openness to areas of the body that hold tightness. Hips, thighs, pelvis, back and shoulders will be the focus. Yin poses are held longer to encourage deeper awareness as you connect to body and soul. Feel your body lengthen and your tension melt away after each practice.

HOT Yoga Flow ~ A dynamic form of yoga where the postures flow from one posture right into the next. This form of yoga develops strength, balance and flexibility while simultaneously connecting to the breath and gaze to aid in focus and relaxation.

Slow Sweet Yoga Flow ~ This class will massage your body into postures that are calming and relaxing. You will improve balance, lengthen your body softly and learn a variety of breathing techniques. Harmonize your body and mind with this amazing practice for all levels.

Hatha Flow Yoga + Meditation ~ This flow yoga class will balance the sun and moon energy by guiding you through postures that are heating and invigorating and postures that are calming and relaxing. You will improve balance, build strength and learn a variety of different breathing techniques in this class designed for all levels. Posture will be held for varying lengths (depending on teacher). This class will also explore meditation techniques to help bring balance to a busy life. Harmonize your body and mind with this amazing practice for all levels.

HOT Hatha Yoga ~ Enjoy a variety of poses with the increased benefits of our hot room. This yoga class will balance the sun and moon energy by guiding you through postures that are heating and invigorating and postures that are calming and relaxing. You will improve balance, build strength and learn a variety of different breathing techniques in this class designed for all levels. Posture will be held for varying lengths (depending on teacher). Harmonize your body and mind with this practice.


Lunch Express Group Classes

 

NEW Strength Pilates ~ This 30min. full body strength session is geared for all levels of fitness. Aligning, engaging proper muscle groups and awareness of the core while strengthening will be the focus of this class.

Happy Cycle RealRyder® ~ This mindful 30 minute cardio cycle will put a smile on your face. A fun ride for all levels. You can climb the challenging hills or take the scenic route, make this a feel good ride for you!

TRX Dynamic ~ Add a little rhythm into your strength routine and you have "TRX Dynamic". This small group class benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors). (5 participants)

GTS Muscle Magic Strength & Cardio ~ This amazing class will build balanced strength & cardio throughout your entire body combining two amazing pieces of equipment. Enjoy the results from this personalized group training session. (8 participants)

GTS Strength & Flow ~ This GTS strength and yoga flow combo is an amazing combination bringing you both optimal strength moves on the GTS machine followed by a yoga flow to move and stretch your entire body. Enjoy this beautiful collaboration. (5 participants)

GTS Muscle Magic Strength Circuit ~ This amazing class will focus around MANY remarkable pieces of equipment! Improve strength, balance, core, endurance and flexibility all IN ONE CLASS. Here is your chance to try it out! All levels welcome! (8 participants)

GTS & MOTR Toning Combo ~ This class will build balanced strength through your entire body combining two incredible pieces of equipment. Enjoy the results from this personalized group training session.
(5 participants)

GTS Precision Pilates ~ This class will help you to develop a deeper awareness of your body and how it moves. This class is limited to five people and the sessions will be completed on the Gravity Training Machine. FEEL a difference in three sessions, NOTICE a difference in five, and TRANSFORM your body in 10. (5 participants)

GTS ~ This GTS (Gravity Training System) machine does it all. More then 600 movements can be performed on this functional piece of equipment.
