Mindful Minis & Parents Yoga Night ~ 2020
Fridays, Jan. 17 • Feb. 21 • Mar. 27 • Apr. 17 • May 22 • June 12 • Time: 5 – 6pm

Bring the kids and enjoy a night of yoga designed for the whole family! While the parents participate in Friday night’s SLOW SWEET FLOW, the children are going to experience stretches, poses, breath work, simple meditation and relaxation. They will have the opportunity to play and explore in a safe non-competitive environment. Class includes snacks and drinks for the Minis. (No mats required.) Ages 5+
Passholders: Adults FREE Children $5 (+ hst) per night
Non Passholders: Adults $20 Children $5 (+ hst) per night

Yoga Birthday Party?
Ages: 3+ to Adults
What We Offer: 1 hour Children’s Yoga + 1 hour of Party Time
Available Times: Saturdays: 11:30am, 12 noon or 1pm • Sundays: 11:30am or 1pm
Cost: $150 for up to 15 children/adults (includes Birthday Child)
Up to 25 children/adults additional $5 per child/adult
• There will be a group photo opportunity provided at the end of the yoga portion of the party.
• Two rooms will be available at studio, dedicated yoga room and party room.
